Intuition by Linda Rauch MARH RHom

We know that homeopathy works with the vital energy of the patient to make corrections towards health, and there are many theories as to how it happens. For many, homeopathy is as much a mystery as intuition. One day, perhaps, there will be a mathematical equation or a scientific formula to explain both; until then we have to trust in our own experience.

And underlying this trust, I believe, is the strong intuition – a ‘knowing’ – that we are working with a powerful and effective form of healing. For many of us homeopathy is a passion, a calling, a deep awareness that this is what we are supposed to be doing. We are familiar with the seemingly mysterious experiences of ‘knowing’ a remedy when the patient is sitting in front of us. We may, in some unexplainable way, have been drawn to reading a particular book which turns out to be relevant to the patient who is about to walk in. This is also intuition.
As science evolves into the quantum era, we know there are subtle energies we have not yet mapped. Our physical bodies seem to have an awareness and intelligence which is beyond the capability of the mind. Einstein is often quoted as saying: … the intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift.
